MHIP Terms and Conditions
- All homes are within participating Manufactured Home Communities in Vermont.
- Home purchase price is fixed, non-negotiable, turn-key, as-is sale. All sales are final.
- New homes include 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
- At time of closing, all homes will be move-in ready.
- All photos are a likeness, actual homes and features will vary.
Manufactured Home Communities (MHC)
Participating Park Owners and Manufactured Home Communities (MHC) located throughout the state of Vermont who agreed to collaborate with the State and VSHA housing partner to address the Vermont housing crisis. By improving vacant lots within the mobile home park, our housing partner, VSHA, is installing quality, affordable manufactured homes for purchase by Vermont homebuyers.
